Church Picnic!

On Sunday, the Korean class in the church had a picnic. The weather was cloudy but we still went on a walk around Hwaseo Fortress. It was similar to the trip during New Years except the trees and the flowers were blooming.
Here's the first picture. Bascially, this is my class with some others.
This is just the main class without two of the teachers.

Here's me with the whole school, you can say.

Here's Chon won Su posing were a General would bark orders.

Here's us at the steps of the Fortress.

An arial shot of us.

One Final Group shot.

Seoul Land Zoo!

This Saturday I went to Seoul land with Sun Ju. It was fun. I saw a bunch of animals. We took a skytram up to the zoo. It was very familiar to the San Diego Zoo. Here are some of the pics.

Sun Ju and me posing in front of a fountain.

Lions just lying around!

Here's a nice shot of the Zebras. It almost looks like I'm in the pen with them.

In the Zoo, there's an arboretum. Here's some catches.

Here's a shot of Quico at the Zoo.

Here's a totem pole that is supposed to protect Korea.

Here's Sun Ju posing in front to the plants.

Another Totem Pole.

It's been a while!

I apologize for not posting in a while. I've just been too busy taking Korean lessons and getting ready for my upcoming adventures. I would also like to note that I bought, "Goonies" the movie and the Cyndi Lauper music video is most excellent. Haha! Anyhow, On with the pics.

Here is a picture of Sun Ju. She is a cute school teacher that I met on the subway. We went to Pizza Hut and they messed up are order twice so we got a bunch of free food.

Here's a picture of Nathan and me playing poker.

Funny stuff!

I wanted to put up some of the funnier things that happened to me this week.

This is my classmate, . He thinks that he is smarter than me in Korean! We're competing in the Korean class. He thinks he's so smart but at least my fingernails aren't painted. Haha!
(He is actually Lee Ji Hyeon's nephew!)

Sunday, I wasn't feeling too cool. So, I went wandering around Seoul for a bit. I ran into a fashion show. What a surprise!

Here's a second shot.

And a third, I really want to buy a cannon so I can get some nice clean shots.
This is the big finally. A round of applause for me! Haha!

And I cheesy joke to finish off all the shenanigans, "In Korea, I have a lot of fans!!!" Bwhahahaha!

Bowling and other chaos!

Saturday was a really fun day. Ruby gave me a Korean lesson in the COEX. I had a real fun time. I forced myself to try to speak only in Korean and I got to be a goof ball too. I kept telling Ruby that Keaunu Reeves and me are "same same". Hehe! It was nice great company from a cute girl. Afterwards, I met up with Thomas in Suk Myeong University for my 2nd Korean lesson. After the lesson, Thomas invited me to go bowling and to play some poker. Here are some of the pictures of all the madness.

Here's the mandatory group shot. Stephen, Nathan (holding up his sneaker), Tom, myself, and Thomas.

"...And then I felt cool." The quote of the night from Nathan.

To my surprise, I actually won the first game. I'm in the 3rd spot with a score of 127. You can tell it was me because I had some gutter balls to start.
